  • Caring Hearts of Georgia’s internal policies, procedures, and training requirements

Caregivers are expected to perform their duties with professionalism, compassion, and integrity at all times.

While Caring Hearts of Georgia strives to ensure the highest quality of care and secure digital operations, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

  • The accuracy or completeness of website information

  • Uninterrupted or error-free website access

  • Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services

All care services are provided in accordance with individualized care plans and applicable regulations.

For clients paying privately or through VA, Medicaid waiver, or insurance programs:

  • All fees are due according to your signed Service Agreement.

  • Late or incomplete payments may result in service interruption.

  • Refunds or adjustments will be handled per agency policy and in compliance with payer guidelines.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

Caring Hearts of Georgia follows strict privacy standards consistent with HIPAA and Georgia DCH rules. All personal, medical, and financial information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of providing and managing care.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal remedies.
Venue for any legal proceedings shall be Coweta County, Georgia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
