Our instructors are certified through the American Heart Association, and have years of real-life experience performing CPR and first aid. With our experience in healthcare, we are able to offer better quality educational training to prepare you for real-life situations.

We provide hands on training to each and every student, to ensure they can demonstrate the skills learned to perform high quality CPR. All students will also, receive a student manual in each class.

COURSES

Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED

This course is designed to meet American Heart Association and OSHA requirements. The class covers first aid basics and CPR and AED skills for adults, children, and infants. The course will teach you to recognize cardiac arrest, get emergency care on the way quickly, and help a person until more advanced care arrives to take over. The course is for the daycare worker, teacher, babysitter, lifeguard or anyone who wishes to learn CPR/AED and Basic First Aid. This is a 2 year certification course

Heartsaver

First Aid

Heartsaver First Aid is a course that teaches students critical skills needed to quickly respond and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services arrive on the scene. The student will learn first aid basics, injury emergencies, medical emergencies and environmental emergencies. This course is geared for those with limited or no medical experience but requires a course completion in first aid to meet employment requirements. This is a 2 year certification course

SCHEDULE COURSE

Basic Life Support (BLS)

The BLS Course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilation and provide early use of an AED. Each student will learn 1- and 2-person rescuer techniques for adults, children and infants.

In the instructor-led course, students participate in simulated clinical scenarios via the use of manikins and various clinical tools. Students work with an AHA BLS Instructor to complete BLS skills practice and skills testing. Students also complete a written exam at the completion of each course. This course is for medical employees who require certification for renewal of their license or for employment. Many people such as hospital workers, doctors, nurses, dentists, EMT’s, paramedics and medical/nursing assistants and anyone can take this course. This is a 2 year certification course
